Wenchang 10-3 gas field is located in China’s Pearl River Basin,the depth of it is about 140 meters.This block plans to arrange four gas wells,using underwater welheads to develop.In underwater welhead development mode,the surface conducts need to bear complex environmental loads and welhead loads.The BOP and LMRP at the top of the underwater welhead are also subjected to quite severe environmental loads.Therefore,it’s necessary to research the stability of underwater welheads before exploiting the Wenchang 10-3 gas field.Firstly,according to the engineering designation of Wenchang 10-3 gas field,established the calculation model of the vertical bearing capacity and the lateral bearing capacity of the surface conducts,basing on the construction scheme of surface conducts running operatin in drilling method.Then,according to the technological characteristics of the drilling method,obtained the cementing mechanism of the cement with the surface pipe and the soil layer by site simulation test of surface conducts running operatin in drilling method.Afterward,based on the theoretical research and the simula tio n experiments,combining the soil of the Wenchang 10-3 block,the construction parameters of the surface conducts are optimally designed.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,the finite element software was used to establish the mechanical model of the underwater welhead system of Wenchang 10-3 gas field,and the stability analysis of underwater welhead of the drilling operational mode、Completio n operational mode and production operational mode were obtained.The results show that the strength and stability of the 30 in surface conducts can meet the requirements of field drilling.The theoretical analysis model established in this paper is in accordance with the complex situation of the South China Sea,which can guide the designation and construction of Wenchang 10-3 well finely,and has fine guiding significance and practical value.
