Through the comprehensive analysis on the process, key technologies and integrated devices of the sewage treatment which is suitable for rural and urban communities at home and abroad, aiming at the existing characteristics of the sewage treatment techniques and the actual situation of the community sewage treatment, on the basis of the research on"the fifteen"863 project"Integration of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal reactor (IBR)", Huazhong University of Science and Technology, using the technology of the high efficiency of oxygen, low noise of the jet aeration and organic-coupled self-cleaning filter, exploited the new FIBR integrated sewage treatment technique and developed biological sewage treatment facilities, which consists of IBR biological reactor, double coal - sand filter pool, diving jet aerator, mixer, electric control system components.In this paper, on the basic theoretical research of the integrated techniques at home and abroad, combined with the previous research achievement of the task force, the author made a detailed analysis on the FIBR configuration, characteristics, pollutant removal mechanism and its control factors of each unit, explored key principle and technology of the realization of the normal operation, examined operation modes of the integrated FIBR bioreactor, analyzed different circles of aeration / stirring / settling on the impact of nitrogen removal, dephosphorization and decarbonization, reviewed the changing rule of DO,ORP and pH in the process of denitrification and phosphorus removal and explored their feasibility as the process control parameters, in order to obtain the satisfying operation status and ideal treatment effect, through the water-line monitoring devices and timely feedback on the FIBR, the author made a layout and coordination of 3 phases'operation mode on anaerobic,aerobic,anoxic processes of FIBR so as to achieve the intelligent control of FIBR process system of nitrogen removal and dephosphorization; the author also discussed the preferences and calculation of the process parameters in detail, confirmed the design method for reaction zone,three-phase separation zone, sedimentation area, filter area, control system, provided the design basis of FIBR's engineering application, introduced the application instance in the demonstration project of Yangwan community Sewage Treatment in a new countryside in Caidian District, Wuhan City. Technical and economical analysis shows that, FIBR is a high efficient, low energy consumption, manageable and flexible integrated reactor which is very suitable for the sewage treatment in new rural communities. It has a broad application prospect.
