Article slit screen have a wide range of applications including the application ofengineering, agriculture, national defense and so on. But the screen made in china can notmeet the precision requirement. In this paper, the design got a theoretical solution to thisproblem. First of all, the design of a triangular cross-section wire rod mill, increased thestiffness of roll axis; followed by the process of rolling strict pass system design andcalculation, in order to address the issue of the accuracy of screening article.The subject completed a triangular cross-section of the wire rod mill machine design,including its size, with tolerances, roughness, and rolling mill selected choice of auxiliaryequipment. In order to verify the reliability of the design, through calculation andcomputer simulation analyzed the stress and deformation of the main components. Cometo the conclusion that the overall deformation of the rack is only about 0.01mm, rollaround the axis is only 0.054mm, designed to fully meet the desired purpose. Through theempirical formula and computer simulation calculated the core parameters - Rolling force,got a reasonable calculated results.For the screen resistance welding process preliminary study, selected multiple sets ofexperimental samples for the processing of stainless steel wire welding resistance. And atensile test obtained from welded joints, their performance is also done a quantitativeanalysis. Finally, for the selected welding material, arrived the relations between differentcombination of spot welding parameters and mechanical properties of joint. That is usinghigh-current and low-voltage for spot welding, although its range of mechanical propertiesrelatively large, but the average is more excellent mechanical properties; the reduction rateis relatively small and the fluctuations are at a relatively low level; the welding parametershave a relatively wide range.
