| The article overviewes worldwide ABS resin systhetic process and heat-resistant ABS resin deep graft polymerization process, the tests study continous phase deep graft heat-resistant monomer polymeration system in graft polymerization process through plot and cermercial production in N0.3 chemical plant of Da qing petrochemical company. At first, the heat-resistant ABS resin's polymerization, agglomeration, dryness, admixture, pelletion processes is studied. The effect of each process on the the heat-resistant ABS resin chemical and physical properties is also stuyied. The tests especially study addtion of heat-resistant monomer in the heat-resistant continous phase graft polymeration special process and admixture formula of ABS powder with SAN resin. The main rearsh includes three parts: (1) heat-resistant ABS graft polymerization process conditions (2) polymerization process conditions (3) admixture, pelletion process conditions.Through experimental research, the synthetical process of the heat-resistant ABS has the following performance: heat distortion tempreture of 105-112℃,impact strength of 170-310 J/M,bending strength of 55-75MPa, Rockwell hardness of 75-112MPa,melt index of 0.5-2.8g/10min, The properties entirely meet the international quality standards of the heat-resistant ABS resin, almost the same as those of Tai wan Qimei company's heat-resistant ABS resin. |
