With the improvement of living standards, environmental protection is more pressing than ever before. For example, formaldehyde emission of man-made composite board is seriously overweight, which threatens the health of people. Environmental property of plate produced by three formaldehyde glue in the past has been widely questioned. The study on Salix Scrimber is of far-reaching significance.This paper focuses on the processing technology of Salix Scrimber under laboratory conditions. In the experiment, with salix as the raw material and Water-based polymer–isocyanate adhesive resin as adhesive, the optimal salix scrimber is made which release less formaldehydeIn the research, the single factor testing method is used to sthdy on process of wood bundle. The results is that the proper softening method of air drying salix and appropriate unit wood bundle are found.Orthogonal testing method is used to study the influence of resin added and hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time on mechnical of salix scrimber. The square error analyses and SAS are used to deal with the experimental dates. The single factor testing method is used to study the influence of Water-based polymer–isocyanate adhesive resin and the semi-finished product forming mode on mechnical of salix scrimber.The experimental results showed that the condition of the best salix bundle is that the time of water soaking is 48h, moisture content is up to 53.8%, the times of roll are 10. Resin added,hot pressing temperature and time are the obvious effect on the mechanical properties of Salix Scrimber,and the pressing time was related with pressing temperature.These should considered as the main factors in determining the processing technology. The condition of optimal plank performance is that the content of Water-based polymer–isocyanate adhesive resin is up to 8%. the semi-finished product forming mode should be properly chosen according to the product purpose.
