Ion chromatography (IC) technology is a unique, rapid, simple and effective analysis of trace ions new technology which is quickly developed in the rencent ten years .This article is based on the researches and requirements in making national standard " Determination of formate and acetate in atmospheric Precipitation by Ion chromatography"and " Determination of Cations in atmospheric Precipitation by Ion chromatography".Paper content mainly includes:1,The chromatographic conditions of the determination of formate , acetate in atmospheric precipitation by Ion chromatography were established and optimized through orthogonal experiment in carbonate eluenting system. The condition of chromatography was selected with 3.5mmol/L Na2CO3~0.8mmol/LNaHCO3,using IonPacAs23 anion exchange column and suppressed conductivity detector . The characteristic factors are as follows:The MDL of formate and acetate are 0.0041mg/L,0.0143mg/L respectively, the RQL are 0.0163 mg/L,0.0573mg/L,the RSD for them are between 0.75%~1.67%,0.87%~1.90%,recoveries are between 99.0%104.3%,90.2%~101.0% respectively. It's satisfactory to be used for general routine analysis of precipitation samples.2,The chromatographic conditions of the determination of formate , acetate in atmospheric precipitation by using new-style free-reagent ion chromatography technology were reasearched in hydroxyl gradient eluenting system. Choosing IonPacAs18 separation column,the eluating gradient levels are 0~6min :2.0mmol/LKOH,6-21min:2.0mmol/L~50mmol/LKOH,21-25min:50mmol/L~2.0mmol/LKOH. The characteristic factors are as follows:The MDL of formate and acetate are 0.003mg/L,0.003mg/L respectively, the RQL are 0.012 mg/L,0.012mg/L,the RSD for them are between 0.71%~1.59%,0.47%~3.11%,recoveries are between 99.3%~101.0%,105%~105.6% respectively. This method is high sensitivity, repeatability, and very well solved some cases of fluoride on the interference of acetic acid.3,The chromatographic conditions of the determination of cations(Na+,NH4+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+) in atmospheric precipitation by Ion chromatography were established and optimized through orthogonal experiment. This method uses IonPacCs12 cation separation column to 20mmol/L MSA to separate and detect five common cations in samples.The characteristic factors are as follows:The MDL of five actions are 0.0013mg/L,0.0018mg/L,0.0011 mg/L,0.0011mg/L,0.0031 mg/L respectively, the RQL are 0.0052mg/L,0.0072mg/L,0.0044 mg/L,0.0044mg/L,0.0124 mg/L,the RSD for them are between 0.14%~2.86%,1.91%~2.44%,1.24%~3.66%,0.52%~3.79%,0.60%~3.66%,recoveries are between 101.8%~107.0%,95.5%~101.5%,91.8%~103.8%,98.5%~104.3%,98.0%~100.4%. This method was simple, rapid and easy to generalize use. And the method is applied to the determination of cations in Xinjiang snow lotus healthy wine,the average recoveries are between 99.2%~109.1%,this method is accurate and reliable.4,An analytical method for the determination of formate , acetate and common anions in Xinjiang snow lotus healthy wine by ion exchange chromatography suppressed conductivity detection has been developed. A higll capacity anion exchange column,lonPacAS 18 column was used, high purity KOH solution generated by eluent generator was used as eluent.Using activated carbon to decolouring ,the sample was diluted to analysis after 0.22μm microfiltration membrane filtration. This method has a low detection limit and high sensitivity, reproducible, the RSD for them are between 0.44%~7.29%,and average recoveries are between 91.6%~106.0%.5,According to the calculation formulas of the stay analyte concentration, the main sources of the uncertainty are studied basing on evaluation of uncertainty in measurement theory and developed a method and process for the uncertainty evalution . The results show that determination uncertainty was mainly due to the preparation of the standard solution and standard curve linear fitting. The mass control diagram is drawn through more than 20 times analysis of mass control samples,which can be used to monitor the quality assurance and control the experimental procedure.
