Experimental Studies On Formula Huang Lian Jie Du Tang By Semi-Bionic Extraction And Its Security Evaluation

Huang Lian Jie Du Tang is one of the most popular used tradition Chinese formular.Accoding to nowdays study, Huang Lian Jie Du Tang have various effect on mankind body. So, this paper study the extraction conditions of this formular and optimize the best condition.The indexes including the following:jasminoidin, baicalin,berberine,the total integral area by HPLC,dried extract weight. This paper also evaluate the security of Huang Lian Jie Du Tang.Objective:To optimize the extraction conditions of the Huang Lian Jie Du Tang by semi-bionic extraction. And further optimize the best extraction conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Huang Lian Jie Du Tang with jasminoidin, baicalin,berberine,the total integral area by HPLC,dried extract weight as the indexes. Then we use the extraction solution as above, we make the extraction to be less in volume and contain much more active ingredient. And at last,we evaluate the security of Huang Lian Jie Du Tang and a series experiment is caried out to evaluate the security of huang Lian Jie Du Tang.Including the following experiment:actue toxicity; sperm abnormality test; ninety days feeding study.Result:The technological conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Huang Lian Jie Du Tang is pH in turn:2.0,7.0,8.0;Time:4h.LD50 of Huang Lian Jie Du Tang extracts is bigger than lOg-Kg-1, that is, Huang Lian Jie Du Tang extracts has no actue toxicity. In sperm abnormality test, ninety days feeding study, there's no significant difference on measured index between the dosage groups and the normal control.So we can conclude that Huang Lian Jie Du Tang have no toxicity at a certain range of concentration.
