| The problem in support of soft rock roadway is one of the important problems in coal mines. The airway cross-cut of D 6 district in No.11 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group is located at -593 meter, the surrounding rock is loose and weak, and the airway cross-cut belongs to soft rock roadway, so the support of the airway cross-cut is difficult. In the original supporting way, which use bolting with wire mesh and shotcreting support, the airway cross-cut damaged seriously. Later the airway cross-cut is extended and repaired, the repair support way include roof-sides anchor, U section steel and grouting, but in this way also cannot control the deformation of the airway cross-cut for long time.The purpose of this study, is to analyze the reason of the longer destroy of the airway cross-cut after repair, and to seek a good governance program. The field measurement and theoretical analysis show that the floor of the airway cross-cut damaged more seriously, the main reason is that the floor is without supporting condition. In view of this, three kinds of governance programs are propose, respectively are roof-sides anchor, U section steel, grouting and use floor-anchor to control floor, the second, roof-sides anchor, U section steel, grouting and use anti-arched metal base to control floor, the third, roof-sides anchor, U section steel, grouting and use anti-arched concrete base to control floor. The theoretical calculation shows that the support intensity of anti-arched concrete base is the highest one among the three governance programs. And the FLAC3D numerical simulation shows that, the plastic zone and the convergence deformation of the airway cross-cut surrounding rock is the smallest one in roof-sides anchor, U section steel, grouting and anti-arched concrete base support way among the three governance programs. Finally conclude that, the best one in the three governance programs to the airway cross-cut is roof-sides anchor, U section steel, grouting and use anti-arched concrete base to control floor. |
