In domestic, a increasing number of underground metal mines use sublevel caving method without sill pillar to exploit the ore. The method has a relatively simple technology, and use Existing Cut-off Grade Ore drawing to control the removing of ore. But this mining method exists several defects, such as the big rock mixed face, the more mixed opportunities and the high ore dilution rate, which result in the decline of the quality level of product, and the increasing cost of treatment in secondary product in mine enterprise. Therefore, to increase the economic benefits of mining, it is necessary to further study the ore drawing method in sublevel caving method without sill pillar.The research topic of this thesis is to solve the high ore loss and dilution rate in Jinshandian iron mine. After using the large spacing parameters of 14×16,the current Existing Cut-off Grade Ore Drawing is especially prominent in ore loss and dilution, and then lead to the decline of recovery grade and the increasing of mineral separation. Aiming at the problem of high loss and dilution, it is high time to take the research of low-Dilution Drawing method, and mainly complete the following work: First, the Multi cell Third Dimension Ore Drawing model is used in the lab, and the size ofmodel was determined by ratio of similitude. The material of ore drawing used the true ore and rock, just keeping the similitude in geometric dimension. Two different kinds of drawing method which were Low Dilution Ore Drawing and Existing Cut-off Ore Drawing were carried by Multi cell Third Dimension Ore Drawing model in the experiment. Then record the experimental data and analysis. Secondly, a computer software of PFC is used to establish the ore drawing model; The parameters of particles and wall is set; The different ore drawing process of Low Dilution Ore Drawing and Existing Cut-off Ore Drawing is simulated in terms of different cut-off conditions; Then analyze the simulation results and record the conclusion. Thirdly, a field investigation of Low Dilution Ore Drawing is proceeding in Zhangfushan mining lot of Jinshandian iron mine. Record Low Dilution recovery of ore minerals and rock mixed with the situation, and contrast with the current method of cut-off grade of ore-related indicators comparative analysis. Finally, make a comprehensive analysis of the result in the lab experiment, numerical simulation and field investigation, and make sure whether the Low Dilution Ore Drawing could solve the existing problem.
