| Laser cladding is a self-excited method of surface hardening, which operate under the high-energy laser beam and clad alloy powder or ceramic powder corrosived, worn, heated and other properties, which is a surface hardening method of self-excitation of cooling that is effected combined by thermal conduction, convection and radiation after beams left. Laser cladding technology is to obtain low-cost material with corrosion, wear and other high-performance surface, instead of expensive high alloy overall, thus saving a lot of valuable or rare materials, applicable to corrosion wear and easy to surface treatment parts.In order to improve the service life of hydraulic supports, it must be treated for key components of the surface. Traditional surface treatment method is electroless plating or electroplating that such methods pollute the environment and give workers to great bodily harm. The technology to surface treatment of metal parts, parts has a high surface hardness, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance after the workpiece surface, can make the composite processing layer to the application requirements. Laser cladding can overcome the shortcomings of traditional surface treatment methods and has lots of advantages, such as high yield and ease of automation cladding and quality cladding.The article bases on the analysis of laser cladding process theory and studies of process parameters on the effect of laser cladding and mechanism. According to these, it is obtained that optimum process parameters and process route. The lasers technological parameter is used in the manufacture of hydraulic support the specimen surface cladding layer. Cladding layer is make the structure and performance analysis with the experimental apparatus. The prepared samples were corrosion and experimental verification. Based on finite element theory, the forming process uses Abaqus software to simulate the temperature field. Laser cladding technology overcome the conventional surface treatment of the defect, so its application of the hydraulic support is done in order to provide a new surface treatment of the feasibility of technology program. |
