Laser cladding is an advanced processing method of surface modification,it is to choose the coating material to laser radiation and the substrate surface melting, rapid solidification after the formation of low - dilution of the surface coating to improve the surface properties of materials in the cladding on the substrate placed in different ways.This is a very rapid development and it has a wide range of material processing applications of new technologies.In this paper,two-dimensional laser cladding bath temperature field numerical model,the model takes into account the limited scale of workpiece,workpiece material thermophysical properties of the temperature dependence of laser processing parameters as well as the convective heat transfer caused by surface heat loss,the department's application of laser spot Gaussian heat source model is derived.A uniform grid finite difference equation is established with the energy balance method.The C + + language is used to prepare the calculation program of temperature field in the process of laser cladding on the surface,while discussing processing parameters on the impact of temperature distribution,the results obtained are as follows:1.The whole process of laser cladding of temperature changes in the market by non-steady-state process to reach steady-state,laser spot near a larger temperature gradient,temperature gradient away from the smaller spot.2.The surface peak temperature rised with the laser power increasing,when the scanning speed isdetermined.3.The surface temperature gradually increased and the central peak temperature increased linearly relations,with the increasing of preheating temperature.4.If the laser spot diameter increases when the same laser power,resulting in laser beam power density decreases,so the energy can not be focused on that surface temperature drop.In contrast,smaller spot diameter,on the spot to concentrate the heating region,the temperature there is an upward trend,but there is no spot near the melting phenomenon.5.The high to low test power should be used for cladding,by the temperature distribution shows that the processing in order to ensure the quality of cladding to meet the requirements.
