But the first question is: production enterprise numerous but scale is very small, and blind construction; Part of enterprise high energy consumption and pollution and technical management etc. Therefore, reform, magnesium reduction system, enhance the thermal efficiency, in order to achieve the requirements of environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction in China is to realize the sustainable development of magnesium industry basic way.This paper discussed the principle of metal magnesium reduction in the foundation, on the application of high temperature air combustion technology magnesium reduction system thermodynamics analysis, including the flow field analysis and temperature field analysis. In order to improve the metal magnesium reduction system heat utilization rate of energy saving and emission reduction, and reach the environmental effect, this paper designed and developed a new modularization magnesium reduction system, the vertical industrial application experiments confirm the innovative design has the very good energy saving and environmental effect.This paper selects turbulence model, standard equation model and the zofran combustion model method, use Gambit and Fluent simulation software, the high temperature air combustion technology in the application of magnesium reduction furnace, analyzes the different condition when the flow field distribution reduction of tank under different moments, and the temperature distribution reduction tank. The results show that using high temperature air combustion technology of magnesium reduction system, new more advantageous to the formation, burning backflow more fully, and reduction temperature distribution in the tank is more even, can better satisfy refined magnesium needs.Based on the numerical simulation results as the theoretical guidance, aiming at the disadvantages of magnesium reduction equipment, the demand of the market and environmental protection request, unifies in recent years continuous development of high temperature air combustion technology, using AutoCAD and MAYA of visual simulation software, design have developed a new kind of vertical magnesium reduction system, and describes the refined magnesium system industrial test condition and improvement. The system is set high quality, high output, low cost and low carbon energy saving and emission reduction in a high technology equipment, and compared with the traditional reductive way, the system has to reduce fuel consumption and improved reduction efficiency, the improvement work environment and improve product quality features, and has completed industrial production conditions of batches experiment, the experimental results show that this new type magnesium reduction system has reduced fuel consumption, strengthen reduction efficiency, the improvement work environment and improve the quality of products, etc. It can be applied to domestic developing magnesium metal industrialized production. |
