Lop Nur region is located in the eastern Tarim Basin. Its north is Kuruktag Mountain northeast is Keziletag Mountain and Yigtag Mountain, the east is Baishan which is boundry between Gansu Province and Xinjiang, the south is Altun Mountain, and the west is Taklimakan Desert and Kumtag Desert. The eastern Aqik Valley is connection with the Shule River and Hexi Corridor. Lop Nur is the destinations of the rivers in Tarim Basin. Its environmental evolution is an epitome of that of Tarim Basin and nearby mountains. Tamarix Cones in Lop Nur Region is distributed mainly over the deltas formed by Tarim river, Qongkue river, Milan River and other rivers which are judged from the field survey and satellite imagery.Tamarix Cone which is peculiar in Lop Nur Region has clear age layer, accurate dating and strong function of storing the environmental information, we can explore and restore climate and environmental change in hundreds of years from the grain size of sand meterials and sand layer thickness, positive ion, C/N of the organic matter and the, C isotope, O isotope, H isotope, pollen and other features on the age layer of Tamarix leaf in Tamarix Cones. To explore its causes and evolution by the characteristics of sediment veins of Tamarix Cones mainly based on a single multi-index analysis. However, the various indicators in comprehensive application of analysis is less relatively. It is an important trend to use comprehensive environmental indicators and various environmental indicators to research the current structure in the field of environmental indicators .In this paper, Tamarix Cones in Lop Nur Region is the main object to study. On Base of the existing research results of Tamarix Cones in Lop Nur Region, Comparative analysis of environmental proxies and multiple regression analysis to overcome the current system of environmental indicators which have a numbers of defects. In order to strengthen environmental change response, it is important to rightly reflect the environmental changes in the region. The main contents and results are as followings:(1) In order to carryout the utilization and integrated applications of environmental information on sediment veins of Tamarix Cones and comprehensive analysis by a comprehensive comparison, this paper contains the indicators including the grain size of sand meterials and sand layer thickness, positive ion, C/N of the organic matter and the, C isotope, O isotope, H isotope, pollen and so on.(2) The order significantly between the various environmental proxies and the average temperature from the strong to the weak is pollen,δDma, Mg2+,δ18Oma, K+, Ca2+, Na+.(3) The order significantly between the various environmental proxies and the annual relative humidity is, Ca2+,δ18Oma,δDma, Na+, Mg2+, K+.(4) The order significantly between the various environmental proxies and the precipitation isδ18Oma,δDma.(5) Based on the comprehensive analysis of environmental stand-index, the results are proved that: In 1934-1940, 2003-2006 are warm periods in Lop Nur Region, and in 1839-1933, 1941-2002, are cold periods; In 1845-1849, 1861-1867, 1885-1951, 1963-2006, are wet periods, and in 1839-1926, 1928-1981, 2000-2006, are dry periods.(6) To take temperature and precipitation data observed at Ruoqiang as the regression, the environmental proxies for the return of factor analysis show: Na+ can explain the the temperature changes of 41.1% in Lop Nur area during 1954-2002.(7) According to the regression analysis between Na+ and temperature relationship, the results of the temperature reconstruction are: in 1858-1963 is cold period, in 1964-2006 is warm period, with the frequent fluctuations in the heating and cooling. The result of of this paper is coincided to the previous results of both cold and warm periods, which indicates that the Na+ may well describe the Lop Nur area as a good indicator of temperature change.
