In recent years, new organic silicon surfactants are researched and developmented as hotspot. This subject choose allyl alcohol polyether and hydrogen silicone, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and hydroxy silicone oil preparation of polyether-organic silicon surfactants that have excellent performances, and will synthesis of surfactant further preparation into defoaming agent.This paper adopts the addition and condensation reaction to preparation polyether-organic silicon surfactant. Addition method choose allyl alcohol polyether and hydrogen silicone as raw material, with chloroplatinic acid- isopropyl alcohol solution as catalyst, discussed the reaction of charging styles, reactant ratio, the reaction time, temperature and catalyst dosage, selected hydrogen silicone, the content for hydrogen are 0.18%, 0.38%, 0.75%, inspect the differents hydrogen content of hydrogen silicone for the influence on the performance of the products, and gained a reasonable experimental condition.For the first time, to adopt condensation reaction preparation of polyether-organic silicon surfactants. Condensation reaction use of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and hydroxy silicone oil as raw material, and choose sulfuric acid, trifluoroacetic acid, aluminium silicate, molecular sieve as catalysts in experiments, and screened a better catalyst, discussed the way of feeding, reactant ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and the quantity of catalyst, draw a good experimental condition.After preparation polyether-organic silicon surfactant, add silica, emulsifier etc. in product, preparation defoaming agent. On the preparation of defoaming agent, to experiment study of oil-water ratio, silica amount, dosage of emulsifier and HLB value, emulsification temperature and time, to find appropriate technology of preparation defoaming agent. Will the defoaming agent of preparation and release to the public defoaming agent for performance comparison.Experimental study found that addition reaction was not easy to control, appear gelating phenomenon easily, when the hydrogen silicone hydrogen content is high, the polyether-organic silicon surfactant of preparation has good performance; Condensation process is mild, molecular sieve catalyst is not only catalytic activity good but easy to remove after the reaction; Polyether-organic silicon defoaming agent have good water-soluble and stability, defoaming quickly, long time suppression of bubble, performances better than polyether defoaming agent, organic silicon defoaming agent and both blends with defoaming agent, is a kind of defoamer with excellent performances and broad application prospect.
