Polycrystalline material performance failure is mainly caused by the crystal structure,then polycrystalline material microstructure and material properties and the relationship between the quantitative description of the virtual failure analysis of various materials, also become the key points.Through the microstructural organizational structure deduction material performance,and the failure of materials to make judgments,must fully grasp the microstructural organization structure information.The article mainly studied the microstructure polycrystalline material computer reconfiguration method and the procedure of realization, and withine the finite element analysis software to analysy the reconstruction results,make some research work in 2d, 3d reconstruction, etc. The main tasks are as follows:In 2d reconstruction of polycrystalline material, based on electronic backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis data, using C language and OPENGL programming languages,with body element of 2d reconfiguration method independent completed polycrystalline material two-dimensional microstructure,and use their image nosise reduction program written for the image reconstruction out noise reduction processing.In 3d reconstruction to sectioning,based on continuous polycrystalline material multi-layer electronic backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis data,using C language and OPENGL programming languages,completed the microstructure polycrystalline material,and use of 3d reconstruction PYTHON language in finite element three-dimensional reconstruction ABAQUS software,within two 3d reconstruction results are consistent,the 3d reconstruction in ABAQUS finite element analysis results can be performed.Through the polycrystalline material on microstructure 2d and 3d computer reconstruction,realized polycrystalline material visualization of microstructure,and 3d reconstruction results can in finite element analysis software ABAQUS calculations, realized by using finite element analysis software using authentic materials EBSD experimental results of modeling,analysis,,and finally analytical results guide the practical application of real materials of unity.
