With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the living standards of Chinese people have improved,and the output of domestic waste has also increased year by year.According to the 2020 China Statistical Yearbook,China’s domestic waste removal volume in 2020 will reach 242.06 million tons,and the waste removal volume has grown at an annual rate of 8%since 2010.In 2018,domestic waste reached 100%harmless incineration treatment,and the heat energy produced by waste incineration was converted into domestic electricity and input to the grid.At the same time,the state supports it with waste power subsidy policies,and the implementation of the subsidy policy directly prompts waste incineration companies to increase research efforts on waste heat energy output.Through refined management,the company conducts in-depth research on the detailed control of the waste incineration process,digs deep into the management reform of waste circulation efficiency and improves the heat conversion rate of waste.The moisture content of the garbage indicates the amount of moisture in the garbage.The moisture content and the thermal energy produced by the thermal energy of the garbage show a linear correlation,that is,the higher the moisture content of the garbage,the smaller the heat energy that can be converted into electricity.In order to reduce the drying time of garbage,the accurate measurement of the volume of garbage incineration enterprises is the core of the fine management process of waste incineration enterprises,reducing the consumption of drying time of garbage so as to improve the treatment efficiency of garbage and increase the heat and electricity of enterprises income.This paper conducts experiments and analyzes based on the data of a waste incineration company in eastern China,collects camera data of the garbage pool in the waste incineration plant,and analyzes the position information of the garbage grab above the garbage pool.Through computer vision technology and point cloud(Point Cloud)technology,use photo grammetry technology to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction(3D Reconstruction)of garbage in the garbage pool.In addition,this paper uses the three-dimensional space position information of the continuous time points of the garbage grab,converts the discrete points into a mesh file through the convex hull algorithm,and calculates the volume of the mesh to indirectly represent the volume of the garbage.Finally,the paper explores the use of laser rangefinders and depth cameras in garbage reconstruction,and analyzes the potential of several technologies for enterprise applications.The contribution of this study is mainly reflected in the following two aspects.1)Compared with the traditional garbage drying method,the use of non-contact threedimensional measurement of garbage volume in the fine management of garbage incineration enterprises can greatly improve the efficiency of garbage circulation.2)Based on the three-dimensional number of the garbage in the garbage pool,the height of the garbage grab can be accurately judged,and the operation of workers moving garbage can be standardized.
