The nutritive elements, digestible energy and chemical composition of the waste Aspergillus niger biomass from Sodium gluconate plant were analyzed a-nd evaluated, its feeding value and extracting high degree of deacetylation chit-osan by ultrasonic wave-extraction was reliminary studyed. This conslusion pro-vide scientific theoretical basis to comprehensive development and utilization of the Aspergillus niger. In addition, the hydrolysis of caulerpin also were prelim-inary studied.The results of nutrition analysis showed that the cell contains crude protein 10.30%, crude fat 3.89%, crude fiber 14.46%, crude ash 21.00%, total sugar 3 2.56%, also rich in Ca, P, Mg, Fe, K and other mineral elements. The feeding value stduy show that the total energy of the biomass is 10.91MJ/kg. The ttu-e availability of CF, EE, CF of broiler were as follows respectively:97.62%,88.97%,66.74%, apparent metabolizable energy and true metabolizable energy were6.43MJ/kg and 8.47MJ/kg respectively. The true availability of CF, EE, C F of duck were as follows respectively:100.00%,76.22%,58.85%, apparent metabolizable energy and true metabolizable energy were 5.63MJ/kg and 7.12M J/kg respectively..The residue applied in chicken feed, prepared 0-3weeks,3-6 weeks and more than six weeks of feed.Comparing the before and after adding aspergillus residue of feed costs, plus aspergillus feed costs were 3.11,3.07,3. 00 yuan/kg and with no aspergillus slag feed costs were 3.23,3.18,3.09yuan/kg. Its cost reduced 3.83%,3.44%,3.33% respectively.The ultrasonic assisted extracting high degree of deacetylation chitosan were studied. Single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were investigated. The results showed that:ultrasonic extraction time is a key element of chitosan, the optimum conditions for the ultrasonic time was 2.5h,30% sodium hydrox-ide concentration, ultrasonic power is 250W, in this condition the deacetylation and extraction rate reached 93.86%.,9.32%.The ergosterol and protein were extr-acted during the process and comparing with the hot alkali method, The ultras onic assisted could shortened acetylation time, make reaction at room temperat-ure,the degree of deacetylation and the extraction rate of ergosterol were incr-eased by 4.57%,0.31%.Preliminary study the hydrolysis of caulerpin, the result show that:it didn't occur in acid hydrolysis, but it prone to double-hydrolysis reaction under alkal-ine conditions. In this condition of 0.2M NaOH methanol, 60℃,0.5h, we re-ceived a mixture of single and double hydrolysis, but separation and purificati-on of the two hydrolysis products were difficult. To obtain the single hydrolyz-ate further studyed impact of Pig Liver Esterase to this hydrolysis reaction, the re-sults for the reaction of 5h at room temperature only received a single hy-drolyzate product, the reaction of two-24h received double hydrolyzate.
