Nowadays the world economy develop quickly, the water carriage markets are deveolped equally fast, but inland river is the important composition of the water carriage market. Nowdays more and more boats and ships shuttle in the inland river, particularly at the tide segment and the ship density is larger, even some jetty were also built in the tide river of river mouth. This undoubtedly will bring tide river serious pollution question, So the pollutant forecast is very important, the key of pollutant forecast is tidal flow.Because the former model of simulation of tidal flow in tidal waterway can not be used for other river,that is to say the former is only for the special area. The study on the model of simulation of tidal flow in waterway is necessary, which have better theory and value in use, and can provide the forecast model more accurate result.The main content of study:model of simulation of tidal flow is based on POM,and the flow of POM is changed with boundary condition,only the accurately boundary can made the reliable forecast. Thus, this paper studies the up and down boundary condition respectively, generally the down boundary is near the river mouth, if there has the boundary condition, directly put into the model,if not take the multiple-grid nesting,that ithe down boundary is lay in the big grid,which has better boundary condition.By creating the large scale computing grid, changing the program, the dynamic parameter were put into the boundary. In order to increase the accuracy class,the double-grid nesting is taken to up boundary, there are more factors, not only the ocean tides, but also the runoff of the river. The bi-directional stage routing model can compute the up boundary condition. The bi-directional stage routing model can calcalate the water level, which influenced by the downstream tidal flow and upstream flow, this model is based on the physical basis,and strictly testified academically. In this thesis,the up and down boundary condition were input the general model based on POM, and the flow of different runoff were calcalted. From the result,the interaction between runoff and tidal flow are more clear. As an example,The Da liao he also calculated and verified, and the result has identified the reasonableness of the flow model.This model is not limited by the boundary condition as well as the region, and has a better transplantable.Even without the direct boundary condition, the model can also calclated the tidal flow of waterway, and provides the power foundation for all kinds of pollution forecast system, which provides an emergency reaction for the accidents of environmental pollution.
