| Water resources is an integral part of the fundamental natural resources in industrial production or urban life,inefficient use of water resources has become a bottleneck restricting the development of our industry, while the wine industry is characterized in the high water consumption, high drainage, and in the environment of water shortage,how to make the enterprise's water-use more rational, and improving the utilization of water resources has become an urgent problem.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's wine industry, and the premise of national industrial policy, make the careful investigation and assessment of the water-use system of Jin Brand Co., Ltd., conbined with the overall water balance test patterns of the enterprise, the use of technology assessment method can make the implementation of water-saving technology and comprehensive water-saving rehabilitation programs and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the water-saving potential and the economic benefits.The main work contents as follows:1. Expounded the basic conditions of industrial water-saving and corporate water-saving of the enterprise and building water-saving city2. Analysis the basic conditions of water-saving in Jin Brand Co.,Ltd.and proposal the specific rehabilitation programs of the current process,so that we can increase the corporate's cleaner production level and made them to achieve water conservation and waste reduction.3. Take a systematic introduction to the methods,principles and procedures of the Corporate water balance test, According to the water-saving rehabilitation programs of Jin Brand Co., Ltd., the overall water balance maps were drawn so as to compare and analyze the changes between them。4. Through the use of technology assessment method, the feasibility analysis about the water-saving potential of the enterprise was maken, and the economic benefits generated by an assessment of the proposal presented to rationalize water use. |
