The Economic Benefit Analysis Of AAC Blocks

The current energy crisis can greatly solved due to the emergence of new wall materials.Under the support of national policy,autoclaved aerated concrete(ACC)blocks have been widely used,because it has a variety of good properties,such as light weight,high good thermal insulation,excellent sound-absorbing property,etc.However,due to the relatively large proportion of our building energy consumption,the wall materials arduous task of developing is eco-friendly and long-term.Therefore,the economic benefits of AAC blocks is studied in this paper,and accords to the lines as questions analysis problem to solve the problem.The paper starts from the background and significance of the new wall materials including AAC blocks,and combined with the domestic and foreign research results,the main research contents,methods and framework of this paper are put forward.Secondly,the paper introduces the meaning and classification of new wall materials and AAC blocks,and analysis of the characteristics and application prospect of AAC blocks.Thirdly,the related theories of economic benefit analysis,such as life cycle theory,externality theory,carbon emissions trading model and the value of capital time value theory are introduced to lay the foundation for analyzing the economic benefits of AAC blocks.Fourthly,taking the concrete project as an example,the direct economic benefits and indirect economic benefits of AAC blocks is analyzed,and the financial evaluation and uncertainty analysis are carried out base on the economic evaluation indexes constructed.Lastly,from the creation of a good external environment,the implementation of enterprise standardization construction,improve the internal management of enterprises,improve the internal management of enterprises,countermeasures were put forward to promote the application of AAC blocks.
