Paper by using membrane separation technology to improve the traditional production of Parkinson's drugs - levodopa extracted from Mucuna pruriens var.utilis Burck, to reduce energy consumption, improve levodopa product yield and purity of product as the final purpose. This article mainly to levodopa detection, extraction and separation, purification makes a systematic study; And, comprehensive discussion on the membrane working parameters and the cleaning method carries.1.First ,established levodopa of high performance liquid chromatographic detection method and determined the chromatographic conditions: chromatographic column using Waters 5C18 - MS -Ⅱchromatographic column (4.6×250nm, 5 muon m), Mobile phase for methanol: 0.01 mol/L linsuanerqingjia - phosphoric acid buffer a = when 0; PH = 345, 1mL/min velocity, Column temperature in 25℃; Enter the sample weight 20 mu L, For 280nm detected wavelength, Calculation results show that the correlation coefficient of levodopa R2 = 0.999970, reproducibility experiment standard deviation value for 0.3886, relative standard deviation (RSD) for 0.42%.2. The leaching mention levodopa when each affecting factor was studied, by establishing orthogonal experiment, through analysis of experimental results after optimization, determines the final leaching mention parameters, the pH = 3.5 condition according to the aqueous solution of newly-compiled plants.the one-time leaching mention 4h, finally levodopa extraction for 96.36%.3. To the M pruriens Var.utilis Burck leaching carry liquid separation membrane purification process of removing impurity and membrane enrichment technology systematically studied through the experiment method and result analysis, discusses the different separation membrane to levodopa extract removing impurity, concentrated effect, and finally determined that the triple membrane process. Finally, according to the results of levodopa the interception rate is the 97.59%, solids removal reached 99.07%, protein removal rate of 100% through calculation, 70% of the water recycle to soak mention working procedure, accord with industrialization of cleaner production needs.4. To used in the experiments of membrane cleaning are studied, and determine the membrane cleaning method and cleaning reagent and when cleaning working conditions, experimental results show that the method can be used to make the pure water flux of membrane recovered up to the level before use, be helpful for film process stable continuous work.5. To levodopa leaching carry liquid by membrane process after the concentrate on refined, elegant refined crystallization process by vacuum drying operation of the influence factors and design orthogonal test, affirmatory finally obtain the optimal operating conditions for dry, refined products after get 0.57 kg, its product rate from the traditional process of 3% increased to 5.71%, test results show that the product purity of 99.69% than the Chinese medicinal requirements.Finally comparison of old and the new levodopa technology CP feasibility analysis, showed that the technology is feasible, and greatly reduces the energy consumption, enhance product purity and yield, reduce amount of waste water discharge from the source, accomplish truly reduction pollutant from the source, With the tenet of sustainable development strategy.
