Gas detection in the community has been widely used for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and other industrial site and home, shopping malls, gas stations and other places. Quickly and accurately to the flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases monitoring and forecasting has become an important problem demanding prompt solution. This article is designed based on AT89S52 microcontroller with wireless transceiver capabilities of the gas detection device, a good solution to this problem.This paper analyzes the basic principles of signals collected by sensors, gas sensors with superior performance TGS813 gas sensor, combined with the serial A / D converter TLC2543, to achieve the gas signal acquisition; due to environmental temperature sensor, in order to reduce the error, the DS18B20 as auxiliary devices, temperature compensation of measured data, to improve the measurement accuracy; wireless transceiver chip nRF905, open to achieve the data transmission can reach about 200m wireless communications; In addition, the circuit also designed the display module on the measurement values show that when the gas concentration exceeded, an alarm signal; the same time, the use of wireless communication module TC35i, the GSM network as a platform to send alarm information to the user phone.Designed and developed a wireless transceiver function of combustible gas concentration detection device, the device improves the accuracy of gas concentration measurement, high reliability, suitable for installation of complex application environments.
