The manual processing of spring wire of alter-rigidity suspension coil spring, the low produce efficiency, unstable quality of products, it is difficult to meet demands of actual production. Because of the low radial stiffness of spring wire, the long axial size and the poor heat dispersion, work-piece flexural deformation and vibration are frequently encountered during cylindrical turning of slender shaft. Therefore, to solve the stability of variable diameter processing of superfine spring wire and to improving production efficiency, have important theoretical and practical meaning.Base on the analysis of current research status of slender bar turning technology, a further study on the stability of variable diameter processing of superfine spring wire. The effect of mounting method, movable support stiffness,cutting tool on the stability process were mainly studied. Based on the theoretical analysis, by a lot of process test, puts forward the machine reformation scheme of using the pull-type tailstock, the flexible hydraulic follower rest and NC cutting tools. The results show the scheme is very reasonable, reached the predetermined technical requirements. This scheme solved the key technical problems of variable diameter processing technology of superfine spring wire.Based on DMC-1832 motion control card, a set of special-purpose numerical control system of lathe is constructed, and then carried out numerical control transformation on the lathe. Successful trial-production china's first machine which special processing the variable diameter superfine spring wire, and then the automatic processing of spring wire is realized. Base on a series of experimental tests, the optimal technological process of processing of spring wire is given, and batch production is realized. |
