The Research On The Influence Of FDI On The Development Of Chinese Beverage Industry

Last ten years,the beverage industry has increased rapidly,it became one of fastest-growing and most potential industry of Chinese food industry. Meanwhile,it is also the industry that multinational companies enter earlier. In the past ten short years, the domestic market demand and continuous competition with multinational companies made Chinese drinks enterprise developed and matured.According to the UNCTAD survey,2009 to 2010,the most popular top ten invest counties to multinational companies are:China,India,the United States,Russia,Brazil,Vietnam, Germany, Indonesia, Australia and Canada. In the long run, because of the stable economic growth, huge domestic market,low-cost labor,and market opening factors, China will continue to be the most attractive FDI host country, China is still among the top that most attractive investment country.However,what is the influence of the FDI inflows on the development of Chinese beverage industry?How to influence the development of Chinese beverage industry?How to utilize FDI to promote the development of Chinese beverage industry?These are all the problems that needed to be of concern in this paper.In this paper, we break through to a single study on spillover effect of FDI on some industry. First of all,on the basis analying of theory of influence that FDI on the industry development,summarize the four main influence. And according to the development of FDI in china, the current economic situation and the development of beverage industry,this paper will study the scope of the effecets of FDI on the promotion of Chinese beverage industrial technology and the effects of market structure of industries transnational mergers,so the level will be the influence of the FDI on the development of Chinese beverage industry. Secondly, take the eastern for example which represent the level of foreign direct investment in chinese beverage industry,empirical analyzed influence of FDI on the promotion of Chinese beverage industrial technology,after making the conclusion that effects of FDI on the beverage industry are not striking,we use the questionnaire forms to Chinese beverage companies to find out the facts Restraining china's drinks companies to obtain a technical element from FDI and the main channels to get technical overflow. Once again, This paper studies the effects of market structure of industries transnational mergers on Chinese beverage industrial,And through analying the case of mergers huiyuan to find out the subjective reasons and objective reasons of frequent transnational mergers in beverage industry in recent years. Finally, based on the above analysis, we provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese government and enterprises.
