| In enterprises the high-purity zinc is obtained by the electrolysis, the cathode of electrolytic is aluminum metal. The flatness of the cathode affects the quality of zinc metal and the product efficiency directly, and it demands higher, so it is necessary to straighten the cathode aluminum.In the paper, the main study is roller straightening machine which is a part of the product line to process the cathode plate, based on the straightening plate theory, several researches were finished, including the analysis of straightening process and straightening mechanism, dynamic digital simulation of straightening process, the straightening parameters on the effect of straightening and so on. The paper mainly included these research contents as follows:(1) The straightening mechanism of roller straightening machine was discussed in this paper after analysing home and overseas situations about study on roller straightening machine.(2) The paper learned more about the mechanical properties of the aluminum plate through the aluminum of the mechanical properties of the cathode plate test, which provides accurate performance parameters. According to it, the paper designed roll straightening as the straightening way of plate by comparison.(3) Based on the mechanic of materials and plasticity, the paper has analysed the straightening theory and straightening theory of the cathode aluminum. It also designed rational straightening scheme of large-small deformation of roller straightening machines by comparison of straightening scheme, calculated the distance, diameter, speed, bending deflection and reduction, MATLAB has been applied to calculate the number of roller, straightening curvature rate, residual curvature rate, which provide the parameters for the numerical simulation.(4) Due to the special structure of the cathode aluminum, deviation phenomenon may occur in the straightening process, the paper designed corresponding schemes for straightening equipment.(5) The paper used ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to imitate the straightening of the aluminum plate, and in the process of simulation analysis the paper has solved some key technical problems including mass scaling, interpenetration, negative volume, thus used LS-DYNA to receive the simulation result, analysd the infection of different parameter for straightening effect and finally got the parameter.The research approach used in this paper and the conclusions which have a certain guidance meaning of production, can provide reference of roller straightening machine for enterprises about the design of roller straightening machines. |
