As one of the three land-based ecosystem, wetland which has been described as ecotones between terrestrial ecosystems and aquatic ecosystems, has strong provisioning, regulating, science research and tour functions, including supplying us food, meat, medicine, energy, industrial materials and living and production sites, water resources conservation, climate regulation, flood storage and draught prevention, tourism developing, education and research, biodiversity, water purification etc..Since 1950s, in order to deal with the economic and social development of resources depletion and ecological damage, ecological benefit compensation has became more and more important to balance and coordinate between the ecological protection and the development of economic and society. As a very important ecosystem, establish a consummate ecological benefit compensation system as a criterion will be a key to the protection on ecological environment of wetland. The thesis which chooses Dianshan Lake wetland as the objective of study makes an investigation and analysis on the lake's characters, identified 8 main service functions of the wetland, include flood storage, water maintenance, water supply, air composition adjustment, water purified, habitat offer, entertainment, science research and culture. Then worked out the ecosystem service value of 8 main service functions by the method of shadow price, opportunity cost, shadow project approach and so on. And worked the water supply as leading value by the method of location quotient, adjusted compensation standard as 18.76 RMB/m2 by combination of Pearl Growth Curve and Engel coefficient, and the data is proved scientific and reasonable by comparing with Poyang Lake, and then suggested Dianshan Lake wetland compensation regime.
