Study what vitamin C likely affects in pharmacological action and pharmacodynamics of Paracetamol by doing research about the effect of vitamin C on pharmacokinetics process of Paracetamol in rabbits under different Prescriptions. Establishing the method to determine the concentration of paracetamol in plasma by HPLC, with some compounds in it, produced from Vitamin C's decompounding under natural lights and metabolizing in rabbit. The mobile phase is a mixture of 15% methanol,5% acetonitrile and 80% water, while the detection wavelength in ultraviolet region is 237nm.After administrating tables by gavage to rabbits, detect the concentration of paracetamol in plasma according to certain interval and draw an illustration with C-t curves in it. Then study the effect of vitamin C on pharmacokinetics process of Paracetamol in rabbits based on the illustration. The result shows that the method is accurate, special, perfect in linearity relation, r=0.9987. It can be used in pharmacokinetic research. Dividing 32 rabbits, all about 6 months ages,3kg weight and healthy, into four groups randomly and averagely. One was control group and the three others were experimental groups administrated both Paracetamol and vitamin C.The rabbits in the first group were given Vitamin C tables and paracetamol tablets at the same time. But for the second group, rabbits were given Vitamin C tables 30 minutes after paracetamol tablets and the others, in group three, were given paracetamol tablets 30 minutes after Vitamin C tables. The control group, only paracetamol tablets. The main pharmacokinetic parameters based on experimental study are as follows:for group one, tmax=1hr, Cmax=6.03μg/ml,k=1.17847hr-1, t1/2=1.70hr AUC0→7=1013.55μg.hr.ml-1;for group two, tmax=2hr, Cmax=42.88g/ml k=0.3111hr-1,t1/2=1.91hr, AUC0→7=1393.76μg.hr.ml-1; for group three, tmax=1hr Cmax=7.16μg/ml, k= 0.5944hr-1, t1/V=0.98hr, AUC0→7=968.75μg.hr.ml-1The result distinctly shows that Vitamin C does affect the pharmacokinetic process of paracetamol in rabbits.
