Enzyme have rapid development in the field of application textile processing, cotton fabric can be desized, scoured, bleached ; the silk fibers were degummed, refined; and it can be used to remove wool scales in the shrink finishing of wool, and it eliminate the prickle of hemp and wool.In order to improve the feel and increase the comfortable of super soft finish. Protease which can effectively remove the wool scales, reduce the fiber diameter, loose wool, wool tight structure. The strength of wool is not reduced , The application with enzyme in the flame retardant finishing of wool has few studying.This paper discusses the wool protease pretreatment Pyrovatex CP flame retardant finishing of wool fabric, analysis and compare the phosphorus content. On this basis, the wool on the protease pretreatment process has been studied, and discuss the zirconium flame retardant finishing wool fabrics. Include protease pretreatment concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, Pyrovatex CP concentration of flame retardants, flame retardant and zircon concentration. Finally, protease pretreatment of wool fabric flame retardant finishing were tested.The results showed that: the determination of phosphorus content in fabrics, LOI value determination, the determination of carbon length, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, amino acid analysis. It confirmed the flame retardant finishing of wool played a role in promoting. Cycle by a single factor experiments protease pretreatment and flame-retardant finishing of wool fabric main conditions are: protease concentration of 2%, the reaction pH is 7, reaction time 60min, reaction temperature 50℃, Pyrovatex CP concentration of 250g / L, Zirconium flame retardant concentration QY-407A 4%(o.w.f), QY-407B 8%(o.w.f). The results showed that: phosphorus of flame retardant treated wool fabric with enzyme is flame retardant treated wool fabric directly to 2 times, LOI values were 28.0% and 26.2%, zirconium flame retardant fabric has LOI value of 30.1%, respectively and 28.5%.The analysis of enzyme treatment dyed fabric with flame retardant and not flame retardant, found K/S values changed, and there is a certain color. Enzyme treated fabric K/S value is less than the fabric without enzymatic treatment. The enzyme pretreatment changed the existing structure of wool, maked a certain difference in staining properties. The fastness were good, have not significant changed.
