Spontaneous combustion and spraying explosion is a common geological disaster of the coal mine. It pollutes air and water, occupies land, induces slump and mud-rock flow.It is a major threat of the coal mine production safety problems.This paper takes the waste dump of Tiefa xiaonan coal mine as the study object, obtains from the spontaneous combustion condition's three essential factors, studies the formation mechanism of spontaneous combustion and spraying explosion of the waste dump, analyzes its influencing factors. It Applies the fuzzy evaluation theory by selecting the gangue temperature,the gangue granularity,the C and S content in gangue of the spontaneous combustion area as the judgment factors,and carries on the spontaneous combustion and spraying explosion risk graduation and the district to the waste dump. It takes the hot working principle as the foundation,combines with the geology disaster theory,sets up the research model of spontaneous combustion and spraying explosion disaster, calculates the hillock to the moving critical temperature and spraying explosion influence range, causes the Spontaneous combustion and spraying explosion punishing with the sense of purpose.For the Xiaonan coal waste dump's spontaneous combustion characteristic of the shallow fire burying,the big fire area,many fire point and the short fire cycle, It selects the selection he fire fighting method of pouring—injecting. According to the gangue ingredient,.we makes the fire extinguishing slurry to realizing the effective fire extinguishing and preventing the disaster of spraying explosion.It has the vital significance for the safety production and pure productionof coal mine and the coal industry's sustainable development.
