Optimization Study With Energy Management System In Enterprise

We can see energy consumption is growing rapidly, increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand; consumption structure still coal-based; new energy alternative is slower; and overall utilization of energy is low; the energy of the regional differences are significant , and bring serious environmental impact ,from China's enterprise energy consumption data. This paper summarizes China's energy conservation policy and enterprise energy-saving cases in the recent years, reference ISO14000 series environment quality management system and foreign energy-saving experience, the effective control of enterprise production in all process, reflect the cleaner production of thought, from the original design to the final products and services are considering of reducing pollution generated, emissions and its impact on the environment, energy, resources and raw materials saving, waste recycling and other environmental factors, establish and maintain a standard environmental management system within the company, through constant review assessment activities promoting system operation, through the design goal, index, management plan ,operation and application of important environment factor control, can make industrial enterprises effectively reduce pollution, conservation of the resources and energy.This article mainly analysis and evaluation the using of energy and energy management system in the operating business life cycle stage of the utilization. Analyze the using of energy in the various production processes by the energy monitoring, energy metering and energy assessment technology, to find potential ability of saving energy, proposed appropriate management measures, optimize the energy management system, and applied to example ,achieved some results. I obtained the following three conclusions: 1, People is the most important factor in the energy management system, Enterprises should establish appropriate incentives, maximize people's initiative, use the human resources effectively, obtain the best energy performance; 2, If implement the ISO14000 series of environmental management philosophy can made significant energy savings, benefit the enterprises to identification and evaluation the factors of energy savings, and effective energy management, achieve pollution prevention, reduce the cost of enterprise's energy savings, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises; 3, Energy-saving should be technologies and management together, the enterprises should also pay attention to the replace of equipment and optimization of operation mode, to obtain better economic and social benefits.
