Analysis Of Spatio-Temporal Change On Coordinated Development Of Environment And Economy Of Henan Province

The coordinative development of environment and economy is an important social sustainable guarantee. With the implementation of the strategy development in the central of China, Henan province has made great achievements in economic development, while the environment quality has resulted in greater pressure. How to achieve the coordination development between environment and economy has become a major and urgent problem in Henan province, therefore, the research in regional coordinated development between environment and economy has an important practical significance.The thesis looked back the related researches of the coordination between environment and economy in domestic and foreign countries, and described the theoretic basis of the coordination between environment and economy. On the basis of analyzing the economic development, environment guality and environmental status in henna province, according to the principles in selected indicators and data which can collect to establish the evaluation index system for appraising coordinative development between environment and economic in Henan province, then calculated the scores of economy development and environment quality for the 18 cities in Henan by the entropy method of objectively weighting each index, and appraised the coordinative degree and coordinative development degree by the evaluation model which Liao chongbin proposed.According to the evaluation result, the text analyzed the spatio-temporal evolvement of economy strength, environment quality, coordinative degree and coordinative development degree from 2000 to 2009. Finally, the thesis analyzed the problems which exist in coordinative development between environment and economy, and then proposed the corresponding countermeasures.This paper achieved conclusions as follows:(1) From the time point of view, the overall economic strength of each city in Henan province is in good growth trends, and environmental quality has improved, and coordinative degree is relatively high and the coordinative development degree of cities is also rising.(2) From the spatial point of view, the score of regional economic development overall persents the spatial pattern that is high in north and west but low in south and east; The score of environment quality overall persents high in south and north but low in the middle area. Coordinative degree is higher in the south and north than in the middle, which roughly presents distribution of"<". The higher degree of coordinative development cities is mostly in the western part of Henan, which are lower in Huanghuai erae.(3) The problems which in the coordinative development in Henan are irrational industrial structure, the rude growth pattern in the regional economy, not forming a better circular economy development system, lagging behind the infrastructure of environmental protection, and insufficient investment and bottlenecks to improve the quality of the environment. Then the countermeasures were proposed to solve the above problems are implementing green GDP, adjusting the industrial structure, paying attention to the development of the third industry, putting more effort to develop recycling economy, solidly progressing the ecological province development, improving the environment management measures, seriously grasping the industrial pollution prevention.
