| With the garment industry's rapid development, the growing of fabric types and quantity, capacity requirement of fabric sample library is increasing, the traditionally manual access has been unable to meet people's demands. The existing automatic access systems are not suitable t to be applied to the fabric material sample library because of the fabrics' shape is special. In order to make the fabric sample library meet the specific requirements of automatic access system, a fabric sample library automatic searching system has been studied and designed, this system is mainly aimed at inventory manage thin flexible materials like sheet of fabric.Firstly, the fabric sample library features and materials management status were discussed based on the analysis the system model of domestic and foreign advanced automatic access system and its related technologies, a new automated retrieval system management mode for the thin material was advanceed with the theory which combine the axiomatic design theory (ADT) with the modular design. Secondly, the hardware architecture of fabric sample library manage system in this mode was analyzed.The hardware system and its control system of the fabric sample library automatically access system based on the above research was designed, which including fabric library space layout, fabric cabinet structure, fabric folder shape and so on. By the fabric sample library control system, automatic fabric access could be achieved. The design of fabric library control system included system functional design, structural design, control platform based on VISUAL BASIC and background database design based on the ACCESS.Finally, based on the actual needs of the "211" 3rd project which was in charge of by the Clothing Technology Institute, a model fabric sample library management system was developed, Through the application of automatic fabric sample library manage system, the feasibility and superiority of the fabric sample library manage mode, was validated. |
