Moisture content are the important indicators of the quality in the dyeing and heat setting process.Establishing the soft-sensing model between moisture content and heat setting process parameters,including thickness,temperature and heating time;accurate control of moisture content is achieved by cascade control,improve the quality and processing efficiency of fabric during heat setting process.This paper mainly through the following directions to study:(1)In view of the process of heat setting process parameters set too much reliance on artificial experience,can not achieve the precise control of water content problems,by analyzing the heat and mass transfer process of the fabric drying process,according to Fick’s law of diffusion and the law of conservation of mass,the soft-sensing model of oven temperature,fabric thickness and heating time with fabric moisture content during heat setting process is established.And the model is validated using production data.(2)On the basis of heat setting machine and equipment,a fabric temperature online real-time detection system is set up,and an online detection system of fabric thickness is designed by using X ray sensor.Through the fabric,lining fabric and lining calibration semi elastic cloth thickness measurement system to complete the online experiment.The moisture content of the heat setting fabric is measured by using the water content Soft-sensing model,which provides a guarantee for the establishment of the moisture content closed-loop control system.(3)Based on the established water content soft-sensing model,the non-linear hysteresis problem in the heat setting process is analyzed,and the working mechanism of the fabric heat setting is analyzed deeply and the moisture content cascade control system is designed.The cascade control system of water content is designed by using Matlab simulation software,and the feasibility of cascade control system of fabric moisture content is verified by experiments.(4)Development of heat preservation process fabric water content control system.Through the configuration of the design of water content control system operator interface to complete the real-time monitoring of process parameters and moisture content,improve the system operation of human-computer interaction performance and production efficiency.The research results of water content control in this paper can provide some guidance for dyeing and finishing enterprises to organize the heat production process to control the quality of products effectively,optimize the production process and improve the production efficiency.
