Equilibrium temperature distribution of Plastic-template plays a important role in the process of making granule. Equilibrium temperature makes Plastic-template's temperature well-proportioned, which led to the process of making granule successful. If the temperature is uneven, the materiel of the exorbitant temperature can not be refrigerated to be sticky materiel when it is extruded; the materiel of the lower temperature can not flow to jam the channels.In this paper, it simulated the template's flow field and temperature field using the computational fluid dynamics. Studied the influence of inlet hydraulic pressure upon the flow field and temperature of the template, and made a contrast analysis between the two different kinds of template fount out the structure effect on the template flow field and temperature field, and also the impact of baffles.(1) The study of Single plastic-template indicates: the flow field and temperature field is uneven. Flow velocity increases when inlet hydraulic pressure increased (for 3.2MPa,4.0 MPa, 4.8 MPa,5.6 MPa,6.4 MPa), but the extent of non-uniform temperature has not changed much.(2)The study of Twins plastic-template indicates:the flow field and temperature field is uneven, dues to the channel width of small outlet. When changed the width of small outlet into 10mm, the flow field and temperature field is also changed. When changed the width of small outlet into 7mm and 6mm, the flow field and temperature field is well-proportioned.(3)Setting baffles in the heated channel will affect the flow field and temperature field of plastic-template.The baffles can slowdown the rate of flow in the channels. When setting baffles in the heated channel, rate of flow in the channels become even, and flow field and temperature field are well-proportioned.(4)In the course of making granule, the flow field and temperature field is accordant. We can improve the temperature field, by improving the flow field. In this paper, the results were proved by the experiment, so the correctness of the research methods was proved also. The research fruit can ground the future research, it has definite instructing significance.
