Under the guidance of system thought, this thesis clarifies the connotation of contemporary furniture display of exhibitions, its research object is furniture display design of exhibitions; Based on the development status of our country's display design, following "5W1H" analytical thinking, it points out that the core problem of furniture display design of exhibitions includes design goal, target audience, display theme, expression forms, display opportunity and media Starting from the integrity of the system all long, it clarities relations between person——furniture——display environment according to the basic step:system analysis——system synthesis——system evaluation, and it establishes the system of furniture display design of exhibitions finally.The thesis analyzes the structure and hierarchical relation of the system of furniture display design of exhibitions. At last it proposes that the display atmosphere is embody of the "feeling" in Five—dimensional space, claims that situational and scene-mode design method should be combined together, the position of atmosphere design in the furniture display design is promoted.After interpreting elements of the system, the thesis studies the relationship among display design elements completely, comprehensive and systematically, tries to build up the target system, the formal system and the growth system of furniture display system. It proposes that the target system has multi-nature, multi-level, the multiplex characteristics. It proposes that lighting design should use three basic methods which are light-shape integration design, light-color integration and spatial-level design. It emphasis that actually the media design is a multi-level and omni-directional information transmission system. And it foresees four tendencies of contemporary furniture display of exhibitions aiming at system dynamic characteristics, to make the system maintain persistent vitality.The thesis also shows limitation of display evaluation in process of applying, builds a scientific design evaluation system including seven interior and exterior evaluation standards. It highlights that the furniture display design is not only the technical specification quantitative evaluation, but also should unify environment, region, times and each kind of social perceptual cognition factor to carry on optimal enforcement for design.From that, the system of furniture display design of exhibitions is formed in the process of elements diffusion, integration and system optimization unceasingly, the purpose of which is grasping the key of furniture display design, serving our flourishing development of furniture industry and the furniture exhibition.
