The Research On The Development Of The System Furniture

System furniture of hotel room and residence in China have been developing rapidly in recent years, however, there lacks systematic study on the theory. And there exist many inadequacies during the development of system furniture. Through the research on the produce of hotel room system furniture of Mei Xiang Mei He Furniture Co., Ltd, and combining the current situation of the development of system furniture in China, this dissertation studies the characteristics of the design and development of system furniture based on some relevant theories.This dissertation compares and analyzes the marketing methods of system furniture and non-system furniture, and discusses the way through which system furniture get their customers, that is one-to-one marketing method which is order based and customer share targeted.In the process of producing system furniture, there are large amounts of information and data, and it is difficult to batch edit. In view of these problems, a trial counting software is developed, which can query, delete, add, and batch edit, reducing the complexity and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of counting.In the study of overall design and component design of system furniture, this dissertation, through literature review and systematic analysis, summarizes the major points of overall design of system furniture from three aspects of shape, style and proportion; moreover; designs some component modules of fix furniture; further more, proposes that design should serve installation, and module should be apply to installation in order to make installation more convenient. The dissertation also discusses the personalized design of hotel furniture in the perspective of function and material.Combine with the actual production of hotel room system furniture, the dissertation discusses the features of production planning and production management. In view of the feature that hotel furniture business belongs to construction enterprise, analyzing the problems in production management and proposes some solutions.This dissertation also analyzes the measurement methods of hotel room system furniture and integrated cabinet through comparison, pointing out that in order to realize mass production, hotel room system furniture should seek unity of data in measurement, and make data proper and simple. Finally, it sums up the proper ways of packing and storing system furniture, the points for attention in the assembling process and some solutions to certain relevant problems.
