The Research On Informationize In Production Process Of Panel Furniture

The production process of panel furniture manufacturing industries is the key part of the cost control, quality guarantee and accurate delivery, but the features of the complex types of parts, strong dispersion, a lot of unstable factor in Plate-based furniture business, it is difficult to achieve informationization in the production process. The thesis based on the application of information technology to achieve the informationization in the production process and achieve reasonable control of the production process.The thesis analyzes the possibility of MES system applications in China's panel furniture enterprises, and the application of MES system in combination with other relative information systems to achieve the informationization in the production process. To facilitate the implementation of informationization in the production process, focused on the process of implementation, the thesis discourses the relevent preparatory work about the implementation of imformationization, including the construction of the information platform, constitution of the parts coding and personnel training. Under the implementation of informationization in the production process, the thesis discusses in following aspects:according to the application of the intergration of CAPP/CAD/CAM system based on PDM to achieve the automatic generation of product parts processing technology, namely, the automatic generation of CNC equipemt NC code; According to the analysis of the status quo of production, MES system develop a reasonable plan of operation scheduling and production orders, and achieve the mixed scheduling production of same batch with different orders; according to the application of components bar code to achieve the production process in an orderly manner; according to the application of artificial input way based on MES system to achieve real-time production data on collection site, and through the analysis of implementation data, provide the data support for the development of operating plans and production scheduling; according to the data support of the data acquisition modul to achieve the reasonable production scheduling of the workshop based on MES system; according to the introduction of control concept, using real-time information on production to achieve reasonable control of the production process. According to the discussiong above, the application of information technology, can achieve the informationization management in production process, and prepare a powerful weapon for enterprises to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
