Abstract/Summary:
This subject deals with the study of exhaust fan in Xuzhuang coal mine in view of current working status and the main problems of exhaust fan condition monitoring in coal mine. An online monitoring system of exhaust blower working parameters with the function of both online monitoring and remote control is designed. The design and implementation of the monitoring system composed of monitoring substation and PC software are introduced in this paper.The thesis first introduces the hardware design and software implementation of the monitoring substation. STC89C51RC MCU is the core chip of monitoring substation which uses various sensors, signal conversion and conditioning circuit to complete the work of collection and processing of exhaust fan working parameters. Real-time display and abnormal alarm is realized via LCD on the basis of the data. The monitoring sub-station also has the function of communicating with PC. It can not only send data after receiving the instruction of data-asking sent by host computer but also take appropriate measures according to the instruction while receiving alarm information settings.Then it describes the software design of local and remote monitoring computer. In order to display the fan working parameters as well as historical data storage visually, print the query and report, friendly interface is created using Delphi7.0 and database technology. Moreover, relevant settings can be done and the alarm information can be sent to the monitoring station via man-machine interface.The monitoring substation communicates with the computer using RS-485 standard via wired communication. interface. The local and remote monitoring PC use a wireless communication interface to complete remote communication computer after signal conversion through the wired communication according to RS-485 standard. To achieve remote communication, wireless transceiver module D21DM which can transmit effectively in 10km by spot test is adopted.This system is proved to run well after field debugging in Xuzhuang coal mine. It implements real-time monitoring on operating parameters on exhaust fan working parameters and achieves the target we expected.
