With the implementation of mining information construction and DigitalMine constantly improve the monitoring and control system has been morewidely used in metal mines. Monitoring and control system as one of the sixsystems of the metal mines, the mine safety production plays a very importantrole. Monitoring sub-station is the key equipment in the monitoring andcontrol system, this paper based on the characteristics of the current state ofmonitoring and control stations and metal mines of information technology,design and development of Industrial Ethernet interface embedded downholemonitoring and control stations.The monitoring sub-station the mine general monitoring and controlstations, will be various types of sensors collected data via the communicationnetwork to the monitoring host processing and display real-time transmission,but also in response to the control command of the monitoring host, the controlsignals to the field control devices, control of field devices. Monitoring andcontrol stations using ARM architecture-based embedded technology design,hardware to STM32F107VT6microprocessor as the core, plus input andoutput circuit, display circuit, the circuit network Ethernet port, power andreset circuit. LCD large-screen LCD interface integrated on the motherboard,visually display live sensor information through the LCD screen. TheIndustrial Ethernet interface monitoring sub-station to easily access theEthernet ring network of mines, greatly improve the data transfer rate andstability of the system. Downhole monitoring sub-station has8inputs and6outputs I/O interface, you can access a variety of different manufacturers ofsensor signals. Software design using the IAR Systems the EWARM asintegrated development environment, C language as a development language,system initialization, data communications, control and display functions.The monitoring sub-station in Jinchang iron industry Dongdashan, minemonitoring and control system in the practical application and acceptance. Theapplication shows that, downhole monitoring and control stations in line with relevant national and industrial design specifications, reliable, and to achievethe desired design purpose.
