With the increase of mining depth, support of soft rock roadway is increasingly prominent, and it becomes an urgent problem to deal with. As the rock of high stress, expansion, and the presence of large span made the support section having many difficulties and problems, therefore solving the question of support of soft rock roadway is the key of coal mining into depth and secure production.This paper uses the method of the theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, on-site monitoring and combining with engineering practice, and system study of joint support and construction of large fracture room in HS soft rock. The paper first analyzes the concept, classification and mechanical properties of the soft rock, According to this feature,wo know that second coupling supporting theory of boltmesh and shotcrete is full use of the plastic zone of soft rock engineering since this feature still has the capacity to allow the appropriate surrounding rock deformation,and coordinate with the deformation of the supporting structure to reach coupling support; then use the wall-rock zone theory to study the soft rock chamber support mechanism and make-580 central pumping room of Daizhuang as the project background,and generalize and put forward the dynamic information design method of "Engineering geological data analysis-initial design-on-site monitoring-information feedback-modify the design".Then through FLAC3D numerical calculation to the initial design scheme, the result shows that on the base of boltmesh and shotcrete to second coupling support can effectively improve the stress distribution of mother rock, greatly reduce the displacement of the roadway, improve the carrying capacity of supporting structure,to ensure the long-term overall stability of the support structure.Then the observation result of wall-rock deformation after the second support show:the use of second coupling support of boltmesh and shotcrete,the top and bottom and two sides of pumping room are very small deformation, and deformation of 150mm or less, in line with strength and stiffness requirements of the soft rock.Finally, research the construction technology of design scheme, to focus on joint construction method of phased brush large, to provide reference value of construction of large fracture room for future similar rock conditions.
