Airlifts-person device is the mechanical equipment which can transport people in the mine. It's applicable to long-distance and changing slope of roadway conditions. It's quality effects the safety of the people walking at the bottom and the output of a mine company. Based on the analysis on Airlifts-person device, by comparing with other Auxiliary transport device, this article introduces its many benefits. For its present problem of horizontal turning and system control, this article put forwards a design plan.The paper mainly studies four problems.Firstly, by analyzing the Airlifts-person device body characteristics and working principle, the overall design of the system program is carried out and the main structure of the system is designed.Secondly, to direct at the difficult problem of its horizontal tuning, this paper proposes a new design idea of the horizontal tuning mechanism. And analyses the stress of the rope clip at the tuning section.Thirdly, to achieve the airlifts-person device automatic control, this paper adopts the frequency conversion control scheme based on PLC. At the same time, the wiring principle graph of the input and output terminals and the control block diagram of the metal V-belt transmission ratio are provided.Fourthly, to achieve the transportation people's safety and reliability, this paper analyses some fault that appear easily and raises the corresponding measure to solve it.Research on the subject have enriched and developed the design theory and methods of the overhead manned equipment, provided a theoretical basis and foundation. To help to the stability, reliable operation of airlifts-person device, lower work intensity of workers and improve labor productivity.
