Having use CAD and the optimizing mechainc design , clamped part has optimizating design , rub to many rope lifting machine change rope research of system deepen ground research fast, have finished the mechanical system and reseach systematic in hydraulic system.And the research based on computer control system and automatic control theory, the switch controller in the industry controller to combine the advanced one-chip computer control technology is used which monitor the research on the warning device automatically after finishing the system. Through synthesis analyzing and rational appraisal on phenomenon of testing, the device that this text puts forward success solving the problem that changed existing in the rope in the past.This device has applied to CHANG'CUN mine , and it spend quite a while to transfer all steel wire rope r.
