With the increase of mining depth,Pressure of the tunnel increases,Roof becomes complex,Supporting becomes more serious.Especially for soft rock tunnel with large depth,Rock deforms seriously during excavation,After excavation rock is not stable in long time.It requires to repair many times during the period of service, the supporting is extremely difficult.As the depth of large,Low rock strength factor,Rock deformates seriously,Often leads to sidewall damage and roof rock fall,Safety hazards serious.It can be said that the large deformation problem as the important problems plagues chinese coal construction.At present, In terms of theory and practice,Most of the large deformation of soft rock tunnel with shed-type supporting, It needs high cost,Or can not achieve the desired support purposes.The bolt-mesh-tightwire compound support is an economy and advanced support form.How to use this form of support in soft rock tunnel, Undoubtedly has great research value.This article bases on theory of homeostasis invisible arch,use bolt-mesh-tightwire compound support technology in soft rovk tunnel.This article first establishes the concept of soft rock,Obtaine the judgment conditions of soft rock tunnel.Summary deformation characteristics of soft rock tunnel,Put forward the principle of prevention and treatment of soft rock tunnel.Derive formula parameters bases on base on theory of homeostasis invisible arch.The premise of giving full play to rock self-supporting ability,Carry out research and experiments for preload of bolt.Obtain suitable preload for soft rock tunnel.make real design in Nan Qiao coal mines,By monitoring data and numerical simulation verify the reliability of support technology. Finally, Conducte a comprehensive evaluation for supporting with principle of AHP. The bolt-mesh-tightwire compound support technology Increases ability of rock deformation and resistance,Giving full play to rock self-supporting ability.It enriches and improves the bolt support theory,Promote the application of bolt-mesh-tightwire compound support in spft rock tunnel,Provides a new basis for bolting design in coal mine tunnel.
