With establishment of the first open-close type heat treatment furnace in China, the application of nuclear power rotor in heat treatment of China has been realized. Obviously, as a new type furnace, many problems need to be solved, so this thesis by aiming at one of them provides research on vertical support stability of nuclear power rotor in heating treatment furnace.Due to the special features of rotor as super-volume, super-length and super-weight, its high-temp and stable supporting piece in heat treatment furnace must adopt excellent materials and particular structure, the material of open-close type furnace applied with ZG0Cr25Ni20, and its special structure adopts holder-support structures and work piece holding method.This thesis, through three dimension modeling and suitable boundary condition selection, by finite element method and in simulative way, calculates the stability in status of long term vertical heating and punching during lifting and charging, and finds out its concentration points of stress and maximum point of displacement. Then two different types of holder-support structure were compared and calculated the high temperature creep situation of holding in condition of 920℃, 10000h for longtime loading. Finally, some of concentration points on existing base have been optimized.
