The main conclusions were as follows:1.In the process of acetone extracting oil from rapeseed oil-foot, the optimum extraction conditions was obtained by single-factor experiment and orthogonal test method:the mass ratio of methanol to oil is 3:1, extraction temperature is 10℃, extraction time is 30min,.In this condition, the extraction rate of nertral oil is 34.3%, saponification value is 174.05mgKOH/g, phosphorus content is 0.033%, acid value is 56.06 mgKOH/g.2. Zirconium sulfate catalyst the extracted oil, using a single factor experiment and orthogonal test method, obtaining the optimum conditions of methyl ester reaction time is 3h, reaction temperature is 70℃, the amount of adding catalyst is 3%, the molar ratio of methanol to oil is 12:1. At this point, the esterification efficiency is 98.55%, oil acid value is 0.81 mgKOH/g.3. After low-acid oil was washed, dried, the saponification value reach 157.58 mgKOH/g, acid value is 0.81 mgKOH/g, content of phosphorus is 0.006%, decolorization rate reached to 73.6%, Sulfate ash content reach to 0.018%, the content of fatty acid methyl ester was 91.8%catalysted by an alkaline for 4 h,4. Carried out hydrogen peroxide bleaching the crude phospholipids, the optimum conditions of phospholipid decolorization was obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experimental method:decolorization time is 30min, bleaching temperature is 60℃, hydrogen peroxide concentration is 4%.
