Ecological Feminism, the Combination of western feminism and modern environmental thoughts, attempts to show the link oppression among human beings. Meanwhile it also believes there are certain relations between the oppression on women and the degeneration of nature. As the same weak groups of being oppressed, women and nature need each other. Ecological Feminism tries to seek the interrelations of the generally existed male domination of women and human domination of nature in our society, at the same time oppose the damage on women and nature under the domination of patriarchy and dualism pattern of thinking. It advocates a new pattern of ecological society with harmonious relations mankind and nature, human beings themselves. Although Ecological Feminism originates from the modern western countries, its thoughts have long been implied the goddess of ancient Chinese mythology. From today's view, the goddesses as Nuwa in ancient Chinese mythology are not only the ancestors, the embodiment of nature, but also the origination of creating life. The hierarchy of patriarchy and dualism pattern of thinking in modern society put male and culture in higher position than female and nature, endow relational and male groups with more values, women and nature are in a position of being dominated and oppressed. We should not only introspect the bad conduction of human beings , but it should draw the spiritual accomplishment from ancient mythology of China .In order to enrich the modern ideological level..In this thesis, under the introduction and research of ecological feminism, combined it with the myth of the Chinese traditional culture , cited some of the main arguments of western ecological feminism for "localization" theory to explore. for example Nuwa in ancient Chinese mythology , It reveals the elements involved in ecological caring mythology and ecological feminism, to promote the traditional ecological caring mythology and ecological feminism, to promote the traditional ecological culture and the feminist environmental protection movement in China. Therefore to construct a better present ecological civilization.
