This paper introduced the role of the drilling sieve in solid phase control system,the present research conditions and the development trend of the domestic and foreign drilling sieve.Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and structural characteristics of all the present drilling sieves,pointed out the shortcomings of the gearbox forced-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve,its structure of exciter is complexer and has a great noise,bearing lubrication and maintenance is not convenient.Thus this paper puts forward dual vibration motors self-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve,this sieve has the advantages of linear drilling sieve and circle drilling sieve,overcomes shortcomings of the gearbox forced-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve,it has reasonable structure,great processing capacity,good processing effect,fast sediment transport rate,slight "sieve paste" phenomenon.This paper has established dynamic model of dual vibration motors self-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve by principles of vibration,analyzed the self-synchronization conditions,calculated force center and proved the uniqueness of force center,derived trajectory equation of box's center of mass of dual vibration motors self-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve by differential equations of motion.Computer simulated the any point trajectory of the box under different conditions.This paper has described the necessities and advantages of CAD/CAE technology,designed the structure of dual vibration motors self-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve , built three-dimensional models and parts library , and simplified three-dimensional model,provided basis for subsequent dynamic analysis. In CATIA software , established the finite element model of the box , completed the inherent characteristics and dynamic response analysis of the box structure,calculated low natural frequencies and vibration modes of the sieve box,in the meanwhile the dynamic strength of sieve box was checked to verify the structural design of dual vibration motors self-synchronization balanced elliptical drilling sieve is reasonable and correct,simulated virtual prototype using ADAMS software.these methods can guide development of other mechanical and electrical products .
