Study On The Restaurant Wastewater Treatment By Combined Process Of Pretreatment-SBR

This paper analyzes the sources and pollution of restaurant wastewater, then summarizes the existing technologies of restaurant wastewater treatment. According to problems on current process of the restaurant wastewater pretreatment, this paper proposes the combined process of pretreatment-SBR to the restaurant wastewater treatment, approch to use physical and chemical pretreatment, then use SBR biological method.This paper mainly discusses whether the combined process of pretreatment -SBR can handle restaurant wastewate, testing including study on the restaurant wastewater pretreatment by physical and chemical pretreatment,study on the restaurant wastewater treatment by SBR progress,study on the restaurant wastewater treatment by the combined process of pretreatment -SBR.Selecting coagulation floatation as physical and chemical pretreatment,coagulation floatation,in order to discuss the order of the significance of factors for coagulation,doing coagulation orthogonal test which bases on the results of single factor test.The study show that, The main factor affecting coagulation is Coagulant dosage.Conducting the coagulant dosage, dissolved air pressure, dissolved gas volume and other factors as the factors to the coagulation floatation, the study show that: COD removal rate reached 80.68%, COD removal rate reached 64.37%,the biodegradability of the restaurant wastewater is improved greatly.Study on restaurant wastewater treatment by the combined process of pretreatment-SBR. The results from the SBR method showes that,after treatment by SBR,COD, BOD and grease can be removed about 91%, This process has good effection to restaurant wastewater treatment.With the approximate experiment conditions to SBR, under the optimal experimental conditions of the combined process of pretreatment -SBR, the dosage of PAFC is 100mg/L, flotation time is 4min,30L/h of aeration capacity,aerated 6h,MLSS is 3000mg/L,COD removal rate is about 95%, BOD removal efficiency is about 96%, SS removal rate is about 97%, grease removal rate is about 96%. After coagulation floatation pretreatment,the Biodegradability of the restaurant wastewater has been improved.Treatment effect has a greatly increased only in aerating 4h.The results shows that, the combined process of pretreatment-SBR to the restaurant wastewater treatment is feasible.After stable running 10 days under optimal experimental conditions, the quality of the water is,COD is about 70mg/L, BOD is about 30mg/L, grease is about15mg/L.
