Carbon-Carbon multiple-bond compounds is playing an important role in applied chemistry, organic chemistry and related fields. Multiple-bond compounds, especially those aryl alkynes who contain with functional groups exhibit a very good application prospect in the field of fluorescent materials, organic electroluminescent materials, liquid crystal materials and carbon-based materials. Aryl alkynes as an important block are used in organic synthesis, they are also used in constructing functional molecules on account of havingπ-electron and properties of carbon enriched. In view of these great role, organic synthesis workers have done a lot of work on the field of Carbon-Carbon multiple-bond compounds.All kinds of synthetic methods continuously appear.Based on researching huge amounts of literature and the research results of our laboratory in the foretime, this thesis design aromatic ketones as raw material, by means of bromination reaction, using sulfur compounds for nucleophile, elimination reaction of One-pot procedure, a Series of methylthio aryl alkynye have been synthesized finally. A series of diarylethynye were prepared by one-pot reaction. The procedure is useful in that the materials needed are easy to get, the manipulation is simple and the yield is good. The main contain of this paper is as follows:In the first chapter, mainly introduces characteristic of one-pot, synthetic method, progress in the synthesis and synthetic application of alkynyl sulfide. Establishes research topic and research contents of this paper, find out research significance.In the second chapter of this paper, mainly introduces synthesis of raw material.Firstly introduces reaction mechanism and synthesis study on the acylation, diazotization, bromination reaction and so on. Analyzes on the spectras of bromide and aromatic sulfide,describes synthesis process of material and discusses the composite result.In the last chapter of this paper, describes the synthetic method and reaction mechanism of target compounds,Analyzes on structures of target compounds,to some extent, introduces synthesis of target compounds.All the intermediates and target compounds synthesized in this paper were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, MS, IR.
