Retrievable casing drilling of reducing drilling cost and raising drilling efficiency is receiving spread attention.Special working environment and working principle make the load of tool assembly complex,so that the prosperous entrance and retrieve of the tool assembly has been investigatory aim of petrolatum enterprises.Therefore,starting with the tool assembly mechanism to analysis the distribution of the stress loaded on the tool assembly has a great significance and practical value.In this paper,on the basis of the full analysis of the tool assembly mechanism of retrievable casing drilling,the model of key parts of the tool assembly are established respectively,then through the analysis of the main factors the most notable factors for the results of the analysis are indentified,and the key parts are optimized.The minimal pressure of brade,the distribution of load for brade and driving nut are got through the simulation of casing-holder;and the best operating angle of driving nut is obtained.The stress distribution of lock assembly and the risk sites are reached in the way of analyzing lock assembly for underground.The conclusion that the distribution of seat at the end of the hole casing form and the number of openings are the main factors affecting the strength of lock assembly is educed through the analysis results,and the results provide a reference for the use,design and optimization of the lock assembly.A frictional contact finite element method is used to simulate the stress and the distribution of contact pressure of Reaming while drilling tool.The three factors and law impacting the contact pressure are identified,these provide a reference about how to manufacture and use reaming while drilling tool.The study also uses a numerical simulation method to the rock-breaking load of PDC cutting teeth in order to afford gist on the designing and using of the rock-breaking tool.
